The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cater for the whole family. The high-quality daylight bathroom has a glass shower screen and a WC. The large terrace is fully furnished. Exclusive real wood flooring is laid throughout the apartment – except in the wet area. Of course, the multimedia equipment includes a SmartTV set and high-speed Internet / WLAN. Towels and bed linen are also provided. There is a well-equipped laundry room in the basement, which is accessible to all residents of the house. There are two washing machines and two dryers (fee) equipped with the „WeWash system“.
