Naturally furnished with a sofa and a dining area for 4 people. The balcony is directly accessible from the living room. The functional desk for working is embedded in the spacious living area. The separate guest room with a single bed (90×200) leaves nothing to be desired. In the light-flooded master bedroom, a double bed (160×200 cm) with separate quality mattresses in different firmness levels ensures optimal sleep. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking. The high-quality daylight bathroom has a glass shower screen and a WC. Exclusive real wood flooring is laid throughout the apartment – except in the wet area. Of course, the multimedia equipment includes a SmartTV set and high-speed Internet / WLAN. Towels and bed linen are also provided. There is a well-equipped laundry room in the basement, which is accessible to all residents of the house. There are two washing machines and two dryers (fee) equipped with the „WeWash system“.
